When pressing the personal help button on the pendant, wristband or base unit, an emergency alert is sent to a specially trained ADT monitoring professional. Fall detection pendants automatically send an alert if a fall occurs.*
An ADT monitoring professional will speak with you through a two-way voice feature to confirm the emergency and arrange for help. ADT agents can also contact loved ones on your behalf.
If you are unable to respond for any reason, the GPS will help first responders locate you and dispatch emergency services to your location.

Live ADT agents monitor calls, and in the event of an emergency, contact the appropriate responder (police, fire department or emergency personnel) to request assistance immediately. They can also contact a family member or loved one on your behalf.
You can take advantage of your PERS benefit through NationsResponse with the On-The-Go alert system and monthly monitoring at no cost to you.
